This was a lovely book, heartbreakingly sweet. The Playboy as a title might seem misleading but it truly is about a playboy who has reformed. Life changing events in Parker's life force him to re-evaluate the direction his life is going in. Alexia was a mistake he made in the past and one he never thought he would be able to redeem himself of. But there she is a ghost from his past and he can give her exactly what she needs.

Alexis was attracted to Parker way back when and she realizes she's still not over him. She needs to gain the confidence essential for bagging a role that she really wants and Parker is the ideal candidate to teach her what she needs to know. But she doesn't trust him.
