OMG! I have never read anything as BIZARRE as this book. I can't say that it was bad because the plot was pretty great. But I can also not say that I really liked it. A little more connectivity and background would have helped the story to flow smoother and given a little more insight into the paranormal characters. There's action and thrills, murder and mystery and of course a dark, morbid sort of romance.

Would I read another story like this? Maybe. I would have to be in the right state of mind though because I had no idea when I started that it would be so hairy. The opening lines of the first chapter intrigued me so I kept reading and saying. "is this girl out of her mind?" But I guess her logic as the story goes on makes sense. And yes, my mind was REELING when it ended. The fact that I read it straight through proves that it is an attention grabber, so if you like really out of the box, WTF stories, this is the book for you.
